The hotel smelled amazing and it was very clean. The rooms were spacious and the amenities were well maintained. The bar tender Carlos was friendly and treated us like family. We loved the hotel and will make this our go to hotel going forward. The only downside was that our bathtub did not drain the water as it should so we were bathing with the tub semi-full. We didn’t complain because we understand these things happen and we were staying for 2 days, but is something that does need to be fixed. Other than that everything was amazing. Close to the airport and accessible to the stores and restaurants. I recommend Pullman Suites and Resort

The staff were attentive knowledgeable and professional no issues. This was a late check in and outdoor pool was not used. At drop off the grounds looked taken care of. The hotel specifically my room had several issues with unprofessional repairs dated carpet shower control knob when turning on just fell in the tub. Mattress was comfortable but in a sagging worn state as well. The facility was clean but in need of updates.
