Clean facility, helpful staff, breakfast was amazing, we stayed only one night, pre cruise! Great views from the higher floors! We didn’t use the pool but it looked fantastic!

8/10 Very good

Large clean, albeit a bit worn down, rooms. Can’t beat the location next to the airport, though 30 dollars for breakfast is a bit steep.

The Pullman is a great hotel. I only stayed one night before my cruise but this was the second time I have stayed at this property. The only complaint I have is that the ice machine on my floor did not work. Other than that it was clean, the staff were friendly, and I was easily able to set up a shuttle to the port for a great price.

Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. Room was spacious and clean. Safe area, close the airport and port for cruises. They had a shuttle from the airport and transport to the cruise port for a small fee. Will be staying here anytime I cruise out of Miami

6/10 Good

My first room had a really bad smell. They switched me without any issues. The next room was better. The hotel lobby and bar/dining area is nice but the upstairs needs some fixing up. I recommend new carpets in the hallways and rooms. The food was ok.
