"A l'arrivée, j'ai du attendre une demi heure avant d'avoir les clés de ma chambre car je n'ai trouvé personne à la réception .Quand j'ai téléphoné, la personne m'a dit d'attendre car elle doit s'habiller et me rejoindre . Pour le petit déjeuner , il faut aller à un bar dans une ruelle mitoyenne avec un ticket qu'on vous donne à votre arrivée. Donc sur leur site c'est une publicité mensongère en ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner "

"We were in Naples for only one night, and this turned out to be the perfect place! Huge rooms, great location for walkability to many areas of town, and close proximity to the airport for a mid morning departure. The staff were fantastic and took the time to mark up a map of where everything was and how to walk there. That was a great touch even in the day of maps on phones. It gave us a very good general sense of where we were in relation to what we wanted to do for the afternoon and evening."

"We got in at 9:04 and the staff were gone. We had a key code given to us for self check in. Our room was on the second floor and didn’t realize there is NO ELEVATOR. We’ve stayed in numerous Italian hotels and never had one without an elevator. The room was so small (again we’ve stayed in plenty of tiny European rooms) however this one was insanely tiny. The towels were in the closet because the bathroom didn’t have room. It’s quaint and cute but not a $250 night hotel in my opinion. When the...
