"We had a very nice stay at Apartamento Annunziata. The location is super - close to shopping in Via Toledo and Centro Storico. The metro station in Via Toledo is also close, which made it easy to get to Piazza Garibaldi/central station (and onward to Pompeii). The Bed and Breakfast isn't very noticeable on street level, but once you get to the 5th floor and above, you have a lovely view of the city. The terrace on the 7th floor, where we had breakfast, is very nice. We will select this place if...

"A l'arrivée, j'ai du attendre une demi heure avant d'avoir les clés de ma chambre car je n'ai trouvé personne à la réception .Quand j'ai téléphoné, la personne m'a dit d'attendre car elle doit s'habiller et me rejoindre . Pour le petit déjeuner , il faut aller à un bar dans une ruelle mitoyenne avec un ticket qu'on vous donne à votre arrivée. Donc sur leur site c'est une publicité mensongère en ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner "

"Be warned! This place is extremely poorly managed. They tell you if you lock the door it breaks. Another guest decided to lock the door and when we woke up we were locked in! Trapped against our will, it was terrifying. Not only that but we missed our train and our ferries out to the coast, cost us a lot of time and money and careful planning. The only way we escaped our captivity was when my girlfriend basically crawled through a hole in the ceiling to the owners residence. Thank God she was...

"This B&B is situated in a central area of Napoli, close to most of the attractions. The room was spacious, comfortable, had all the amenities and there was a window opening to the street. Lots of shopping, restaurants and cafes in the area. There's a very nice terrace on the side of the B&B. The host Andrea was very nice and communicative. I highly recommend it! "
