8/10 Very good

We were greeted with a seamless registration. Great hospitality, providing map with areas of interest and our location to all. They were able to secure us a tour for the next day with absolute ease!!! Tour company was wonderful! We had 2 balconies, multiple outlets, a wardrobe, personal care items- nothing overlooked. And the best was their breakfast…. Delicious, fresh and delicate pastries. A gem!

Excellent place to stay the night before our flight home from our Italian girls trip! The staff was most helpful and arranged private transport to the airport at 4:00 am. The room was large, the bed was comfortable and the ac worked well. This hotel was very cute and we would definitely stay there again if in Naples. The are around was very busy but during the day felt safe.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nunu. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. Its location, just a short distance from the city centre, was also a major plus.

Overall good stay, property is a bit old, staff is welcoming and nice. If you want to experience authentic Naples experience location is perfect but will have to give up on some of the leisure’s of a complete 4 star hotel experience

Excellent hotel in an older building. Hotel is very design and furnishings are very new. Very accomodating staff who are very willing to provide support.

8/10 Very good

Stay was good for the most part. It's not a freestanding hotel, more like a b and b. Convenient location and the main street is safe but some of the side streets felt sketchy at night. Staff mostly good but new guy the first night knocked on our door at 11 pm bc he needed our passports again (copies didn't print the first time).

Great location

Hidden gem in the middle of everything. Super walkable and the staff were very helpful. Couldn’t have navigated Napoli without Roberta. Nice breakfast.

Excellent experience!

We loved the hotel, it was very modern, and clean. Breakfast had lots of choices. Staffs were so helpful to accommodate us with late arrival and luggage storage.

8/10 Very good

We enjoyed our stay very much here. The hotel staff were excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. Our only concern was that we could hear the noise from the streets outside the hotel, but not enough so that we couldn’t sleep completely. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Parking is available but it is only valet parking for an extra fee. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you are interested in exploring the city of Naples.
