STEPS IN Pyramids View

"Nice hotel with good room view. Property clean and staff very nice and helpful. The rooftop view is good for watching Light show but seems to be still being constructed for bar. The area is good for touring pyramids as right next to Sphinx entrance. Also the breakfast is good. Well done to friendly and helpful staff."
"Upon arrival, I decided to upgrade my room for a better view of the pyramids. The cost difference wasn't that much but the room was FABULOUS! I highly recommend booking room 506! Staff were very responsive, kind, helpful and I enjoyed speaking with every one I met. The breakfast buffet was quite lovely, enhanced by the view of the pyramids from the terrace."
"Everyone went out of their way to make our stay the best. We really appreciate the transportation to and from the airport. They got us everything we asked for and more. The view at the restaurant is breathtaking and I loved that it was open until 3am. Some tea and shisha while looking at the pyramids was priceless. All the guys were really, warm and helpful. "I like the amazing view from the rooms and rooftop to the pyramids, Staff was nice and friendly, I like my dinner and breakfast.
I didn’t like that my first room on 1st floor was dirty and the pillow was without pillowcase, Floor and Toilet dirty, the glass door too but Meran help me right away and provide me another room.
The second room was clean but was a leak on the bathroom and the toilet was not flushing at all and was not steamer or item available on the hotel.
Still with this lil issues on my 2nd room I feel good on the hotel.
Kindly Recommendation:
1. A least 1 iron/ steamer available per request.
2. Someone available for fix engineer issues.
3. Pillowcases for cover the pillow.
4. King size sheets ( the sheets on king bed was queen size )
