Although in a very unassuming neighborhood, the hotel is extraordinary with one of the most majestic rooftop views of the pyramids and the majestic Grand Egyptian Museuem which is iluminated at night. The hotel staff attention and kindness was incredible and the breakfasts were some of the best I have ever had in a boutique hotel with freshly made falafel and sweet bread each morning. I could not recommend this hotel enough!

The boss and all the staff are very nice and helpful. I stayed here for three nights and I got upgraded to a better and bigger room in the second day. Breakfast is very big portion. You can also see the pyramids and New Museum from the roof top restaurant. I will recommend all my friends to stay here when they go to Cairo.

Ali, Karam and the staff were so wonderful and accommodating for us. The room was always kept clean and whenever we needed the essentials the team were there at the ready, with a rapid chat 24/7. They helped with any local Cairo deliveries (calling our food delivery on our behalf) and overall were friendly people to deal with. A comfortable stay for us thanks to the staff and the room. Also the breakfast is good, you are in Egypt, expect an Egyptian style breakfast to enjoy!

We stayed 9 days. We're Americans and we wanted to know Egyptians, not stay in a impersonal large hotel. The staff here became our friends and cared for us as friends. Perfect! We'll miss them! We felt safe always, the room was clean, bed excellent, breakfast ample, views from rooftop amazing. A terrific spot for visiting Pyramids and the dazzling Grand Egyptian Museum, both very close.

The hotel location is perfect. You are very close (across the highway) from the GEM and right down the street from the Pyramids. The rooms were spacious and clean, and they had a great terrace along with breakfast. The receptionist (Nada) was fantastic and helped us book a ride at the end of our stay, along with all of our luggage. The entire staff was so helpful, from luggage to breakfast, they all wanted to ensure we had a great stay, and we did!

The staff has been the friendliest and most helpful out of all competitors - always asking if you need anything any chance you pass them. The room was clean. This is a small hotel that overlooks the pyramids. The hotel is literally right across the street from the New Museum so you can walk there if you want. Each morning I opened the curtains and could see the pyramids and they were breathtaking. Even though it was on a busy street you could barely hear the traffic outside. The beds were comfortable, and the food was delicious. We had breakfast on the rooftop and had a whole table full of delicious Egyptian food. The rooftop bar overlooking the pyramids was comfortable. The staff went out of their way to be helpful with a smile made the whole trip. The only thing I felt a little leery about the hotel is at the end of an alleyway but once you’re inside, it’s beautiful. Marble floors, an elevator to take you to each floor and very cold air-conditioning which in June is perfect. I would come back and stay here again.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff truly go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. The airport lost our luggage and the concierge personally went out and bought us supplies the first night of the trip. All of the staff members were so friendly and helped us arrange Ubers and gave us recommendations on where to go. Rooms are spacious and decorated beautifully. The rooftop view of the pyramid and the new museum is breathtaking. Will definitely rebook here on my next trip.
