It was great for a quick stop over in Alexandria. Bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. I had a very goodnight sleep. AC was also very silent.
This historic hotel has been perfectly restored and is centrally located. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have never had a better breakfast anywhere I have stayed including many hotels in USA. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone, particularly those with a nostalgic inclination.
Really nice place—sea was lovely, but it’s right on the road, so could be a bit noisy. Overall, great aesthetic, clean, and would absolutely stay again.
It was an excellent hotel, inside the palace and adjacent to the Mediterranean sea. The hotel staff were friendly and the area is convenient. The hotel itself has a sushi place, Chinese food, Texas BBQ, and a McDonald's 1 minute walk away. You can take a public transportation for less than 3 Egyptian Pounds from the hotel to the happenings of Alexandria. The hotel is inside a huge palace garden and you can spend 2 hours exploring the area, walk along the beach with many cafes and restaurants...
Great first impression. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent location with exceptional view on the sea specially for sea view rooms. Breakfast was great. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for another visit soon.

I like everything in Plaza hotel, My staying in this hotel was very very good. the room was very clean and quite. the staff ( reception guys and ladies, house keeping & room service) are amazing. the location is the best. breakfast is very good. but the only one thing that need to develop is the network , it is a little bit slow but its okay. thank you Plaza hotel , I will stay again :)
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful and well kept. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was exceptional and generously replenished all toiletries and bottle water every day. The bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was powerful. Very beautiful hotel.
