This hotel is very good. It is very clean, it smells good. Most hotels in Indonesia smells cigarette smoke. Beds are very comfortable. Staffs are very friendly. Breakfast is very good with a lot of option. Breakfast staffs dance every morning during breakfast. We will come back.
If I could give a 10*.. I would. This by far the best hotel we ever stayed in. Room was small but the interior decoration made it seems big. Bathroom was amazing. Everything including the toiletries were put in an elegant bag/drawers. Don't get me started with the pool... You can see Surabaya. Of course the breeze was too cold for me to swim. But who cares!!! I jumped into the pool... Wait.. Breakfast was amazing!!! OK.. I have to stop now. Ciputra is the best best best best!!!
We had our staycation to celebrate our special day. It was excellent all the way through. Breakfast has a huge variation and taste nice. We requested corner room and they delivered. Excellent and spacious room. Staff were helpful and friendly. Receptionists were excellent. All in all, everything was GREAT. Thank You! We will come back!

I always stay at this hotel every time I visited Indonesia. I love their breakfast and restaurant menus. Quiet place even though you’re in the middle of city, you feel like you’re in the village. Serene and beautiful. Staffs are amazing. You are treated like a special guess. I will always stay here when I’m in town, I totally recommend this hotel for anybody coming visit Surabaya.
This place is really nice and good for long term stays. It’s one of my favorite places to stay to be honest, even has a washer dryer in the room we stayed in.
