The shower was cold and the bathroom could have been cleaner. There were also ants everywhere in the room, including on the bed. However, the location was good and really close to town although can be a bit noisy at night from the road but this didn’t bother us."

"It's about a 10 minute walk to Sunzal beach - so in that sense the property is very convenient for surfing. That being said, there's very little in the immediate area of the hotel, and it's about a 25-30 minute walk to El Tunco. I rented a motorcycle, so that wasn't much a problem for me. "This property is a 2 minute walk from El Tunco gate entrance! There is a lovely man that watches over the place and is there for whatever you need and he is so kind and wonderful! AC is awesome! Pools & lounging area are great! King size bed I picked was great and comfy! Sheets don’t fit perfectly but honestly it was fine to fix in the morning with no other issues! Great quiet area for the price! Would stay again "

"The property is very pretty. Beach front with 3 swimming pools. Drinks at the restaurant are great. I would say the location is great, the rooms in the back or family villas were we stayed are a little bit dated the bathroom is outside and it has an unusable living room with no AC. The roof top-deck is nice but they need to remodel the layout of the villas. Overall I would stay there again for the value even though is not exactly perfect."
