Check in and out was easy, friendly staff. Safe 12 min walk to downtown Juayua. Spectacular views of volcanoes and amazing sunrise from balcony room 2.

We loved our stay here! The hotel and grounds areas are so peaceful and relaxing. We especially loved the restaurant area; I would have sat iout there all day with a book if we'd have had more time. The staff arranged for a guide, Julio Cesar, for the 7 Waterfalls Hike. He was so knowledgeable and fun and patient. He even took us to see his coffee and cacao farm before we left. I think we got the best guide! Mariana, from the hotel, came with us and took pictures and translated, an added bonus....
Heaven on Earth. A unique cliff/tide combination forming pristine private beaches, gorgeous waves and caves to explore. Combine this with breathtaking ocean views from common spaces and villas, acres and acres of virgin Forrest and trails, the most attentive staff, and a world class cuisine, and you'll barely get a glimpse of this once-in-a-lifetime experience. From every option around the world that I've had the joy of visiting, this is by far my favorite.
Big room, comfy bed and pillows, super clean, lovely personal attention from the staff and owner, restaurant on site, nice typical breakfast served fresh not buffet style.
My only complaints would be that it's a bit out of the way, and we arrived after dark so it was a challenge for us to find it and the noise from a nearby major road can be heard at least from the room we had. Overall very nice place to stay.
Los Cuatros Olivos is situated perfectly on the outskirts of Juayua giving quiet and convenience. The property and rooms are clean and well-kept. The staff was tremendously friendly and accommodating.
One of my favorite places in El Salvador! It is located at the top of El Cerro Verde right next to the Cerro Verde National Park. This hotel is immaculate with impressive views of the Volcan de Izalco and Volcan de Santa Ana. The rooms are incredible, we had a room facing the volcano and we had a great view of the Volcan de Izalco. I can not express the views! There is a picture worthy view around every corner. The suite rooms are impressive, they all come with a heater and a wood burning...
Our stay at this property was wonderful, the staff was friendly and you get a wonderful view of the ocean. The food and drink options are amazing at the nearby restaurant.
However, during our stay the power went off one night for a few hours, there was no number to call (I texted the Whatsapp number and didn't get a reply until the next morning) and we didn't have anyone come check on us. We wish they would have, so that we could have asked for some candles to lit up the rooms. Other than that...
