"Annette and Al welcomed us upon our arrival, and we couldn't overlook their adorable little dog, Ginger. Annette showed us to our room, which was so cozy and lovely. Al gave us offerings for breakfast the next morning. This property is truly a gem. It offers a peaceful atmosphere that's perfect for strolling through the beautiful gardens, where the flowers are simply gorgeous. We enjoyed a nightcap on the patio and had a wonderful night's sleep, feeling right at home. Al prepared his famous blueberry pancakes for breakfast. They were undoubtedly the best pancakes we've ever tasted, so light and fluffy! If you seek peace and tranquillity, this is the perfect place. Annette and Al are truly wonderful people; it feels as though we've known them forever. They are very talented; Annette is a quilter, and Al does scroll work. We purchased from their gift shop. It's always a pleasure to support local artisans who pour their heart and soul into their work."
"The Emilyville Inn is a gorgeous old home. The wide plank pine floors and antique furniture were impressive. Kimberly, our hostess, was very welcoming and friendly upon arrival.
She showed us around before taking us to our room, which was just lovely. We had a great night's sleep and a wonderful "full" breakfast the next morning. I highly recommend a stay here. Thank you, Kimberly!"
"The property was well maintained, very clean and breakfast was very good. Exceeded our expectations for the night. Owners were very welcoming as well."
"Great little Bed and Breakfast just minutes from Bancroft. The room was large and the bathrooms were always very clean. The breakfast was great! I would come back here again, Karin is a great host. "
"Robyn's was a very good place to sleep, travelling from Guelph to the Ottawa Valley. It is set back from the highway and offered less traffic noises. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room.
Our room was renovated, large and very clean."
"The best review anyone can give is "We shall return! and soon!! but this time we shall bring family!" Kudos to Dave (and his mother) Clayton, Allie (to only mention a few) who added much enjoyment to our stay. Hopefully, we shall see all of you again at Thanksgiving."
"Linda was so welcoming. The atmosphere was peaceful and serene. The bed was SO comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. I would absolutely stay here again!"
