Hotels in San Miguel Chapultepec

There’s not enough words to describe how incredible the staff at the hotel made us feel. Although we traveled for different reasons, our wedding anniversary fell within the days we stayed at the hotel. We mentioned it during our check in and what happened next, left us speechless (and a little teary-eyed). They took it upon themselves to give us a couple of back-to-back surprises, not to mention that the overall treatment they afforded us was way above average — it was amazingly warm and...

The Zocalo Central was amazing. Free abundant breakfast at the charming rooftop restaurant plus hearty snacks and beer 24/7. The room was quiet and beautiful. The location perfect for seeing the historic center and all kinds of shopping. We found some of the front desk staff to be somewhat disdainful. We were not asked to open a spending account upon check in when we paid for the entire trip which resulted in our laundry being held hostage at 10 PM because we didn’t have “credit”. The lady...

Nice hidden oasis in the middle of all the Condesa and Roma action. Walkable to plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, coffee shops, and green areas to walk/run. The unit was very well appointed with pretty much everything you would need and the building access was very safe. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Clean room and friendly service , neighborhood was quiet but with lots of shops nearby

Great property, it has a heated pool & jacuzzi. A gum, cafe and restaurant. They have free airport shuttle. The rooms are big and clean. Only issue/complaint is that there's no fridge in the rooms and trying to get a bucket of ice is soo hard. Besides that the place is great. It's not in a great neighborhood so be cautious but it's only a 20-30mins Uber ride to Roma Norte, Zócalo, etc.. .. but I will say do not wear jewelry in Mexico sadly I was mugged on my second day of my trip but besides...

We enjoyed our stay from the time we arrived until the time we left! The entire hotel is sparkling clean! The staff was friendly and helpful with all our request and needs. Breakfast and fresh juice in the morning was a plus! My only con would be location for me. We spent most of our time in Roma Norte so a 10 minute Uber ride ended up being 25 minutes due to big city traffic. Also there’s a crack of space under the bathroom door so you can hear EVERYTHING. May not be for you if you’re modest. ...

It is very safe to stay in this hotel, and super closed to the airport.

Great location, BEST kind staff, nice rooms but no elevators. Would staff there again for sure

Great location. The accommodations were super and service was excellent. The bar tender Michelle was wonderful and provided us with great information of the local area and amenities.

Great place to stay near everything

Absolutely loved my stay in Hotel Casa Ciudad! The room was clean, the location was excellent and within walking distance to a lot of places and restaurants, and the staff was great! Heads up, the hotel is situated on a street with a couple of bars and clubs right across so it can get noisy during the weekend for those who want a quiet night. I personally did not mind the noise and was able to use ear plugs I brought with me to get a good night sleep. I actually did like seeing the people of...

Absolutely beautiful property. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The area is in the most beautiful and safe part of Mexico City. My only complaint about this hotel was that despite the high nightly price, they still try to get you to “upgrade” your room and pay a even higher nightly fee to get a room with a view, breakfast, and access to their rooftop lounge that is not available to all guests without this upgrade or an access fee. Overall great experience though

My husband and I love booking ‘this hotel. Great breakfast, AC unit, secure and free parking and excellent staff.

Great location walking distance to a lot of places

Very comfortable, modern, clean, and accessible hotel. Staff is very attentive. Would recommend.
