THIS is a superb choice. We felt safe and oriented because it is near multiple forms of transportation. The hotel is very clean, the hotel staff are attentive, helpful and friendly. The breakfast would be reason enough alone to stay here: the choices are first class and inmaculately presented. The breakfast staff are polite and efficient. I do not know if you can do any better than Thon Hotel EU. The day we arrived we were greeted by the Hotel Manager and he was extremely kind and helpful....

This property is just down the street from the Brussels-Midi station (South Train Station). I walked into town at least twice and it wasn't too far- 20 minutes or so. There are things to see along the way. I found this hotel the most convenient for me because I also traveled to Brugge, Ghent and Ypres. Very nice hotel next to the Central train station. The room we had was large, good air conditioning and was very clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was within about 10-12 min to the Grand Place and to the vibrant nightlife.
Everyone was so wonderful. They even gave us a box of chocolates. The room was perfect. Great view. Clean. Easy walking access to everything you would want. We will definitely stay here again next time in Brussels.
I flew in from the US in the morning and went to the hotel 3 hrs before checkin time. The staff was super efficient in getting me the first available room from housekeeping. And I was able to refresh before going on to the walking tour of Brussels. Bar staff is super nice too, drinks variety excellent. Highly recommend!
Very friend and helpful staff. They were in the process of renovating some of the hotel while we were staying but it was still clean and quiet. The rooms were very efficient and functional. The location gave a great neighborhood vibe with lots of local restaurants just steps away.
Loved the location, got the best food court and coin laundry right across as well as the center of everything. Bathrooms were clean and this means a lot where its hard to find updated decent bathrooms even in 5 star hotels in brussel
