Apart from the fact that the internet was temperamental and the room was fairly spartan, the hotel was very good. The staff in particular were helpful and the hotel is convenient for the airport and good value. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of dining options locally and although it is close to the train station, not all the airport trains stop there. In the morning there is only one train an hour to the airport.

Friendly atmosphere, clean, lots of tables & chairs to chat & eat on ground floor. Very helpful staff. 3 min walk from Diegem station. At checkout Jun 9, a gentlemen at concierge & maintenance gent helped me break the manual padlock on my luggage as I misplaced the key. They did the extra mile without much fuss to help me with my unusual problem. Very much appreciated!

I loved everything about this hotel. The entrance is very beautiful and gives you a good energy. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and a nice design. The area is safe and 4 min walk to the train station that would take you to the airport and downtown. The breakfast was nice. Coffee machine available all day for free. My only comment would be the iron. It was not a good quality. I would go there again and again. You will not regret it. 😄

Clean roon and facilities. I would stay there again. €20,- for parking was very expensive. The entrance to the parkinglot is very driver unfriendly!!! It’s almost impossible to drive in in such a way that you can reach the intercom. Thus having to manouvre on that extremly steep entrance is terrible. Other than that I like the hotel and would stay there again.

I travelled to Belgium to pick up my puppy from her breeder, and the staff were PHENOMENAL about helping me ensure everything went well. The staff were very helpful, and the hotel was kept clean. Cleaning staff were friendly and considerate. The train platform is very close, but lacks signage to know where to go for streets/hotels - turn right, NOT left, when you come to the 'T' ;) I do wish the elevator announcers were quieter, as getting up in the middle of night I felt horrible when they loudly announced doors opening >_< The pizza available for purchase from the hotel (as the only meal item from the hotel itself and not the expensive outside-company shop in lobby) was unimpressive. Breakfast offerings were basic, but fresh. Location has a small shop less than 2 min walk from the parking lot, which also helped.
