We stayed in the newly renovated part of the hotel and the rooms were really nice big size the bathrooms were excellent clean and spacious and all the facilities were really well maintained with great air-con as well in the summer. Create location in the city just on Louisa road so great access to everything.

This is a beautiful hotel and the room is very spacious. The shower room and the toilet are in 2 separate rooms so it is very convenient for the family. The room is spacious and decorated very well. There is house keeping service daily if you put the sign out on the door knob. There is a water refilling station near the Gym so you can get free and unlimited filtered water. The location of this hotel is very good as the bus station is about 300 feet away and near many sight seeing spots. The staff are very polite and professional. I will stay there again next time.

Really like this hotel for convenience and comfort. Disappointed that they no longer provide water in the room. Single female travelling I don’t want to come down in the evening to reception to have to fill my water up multiple times. Gym equipment needs updating- the rower has been on its last legs for a long time and sounds like it is about to break.

Room was nice and clean. Front desk check in worker was very friendly and helpful. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. It’s a couple minute walk to a tram stop where you can take the tram to the old town Gran Place area where most of the tourist sites are.
