Excellent central location with exceptional staff. Small rooms but perfectly acceptable. Could do with a little smartning for example the doors need painting. Great hotel.

8/10 Very good

This is a very nice, clean hotel, and the staff is very pleasant. However, the rooms are very very small. If you are large in stature it would be tight. It is very nicely located near shops and restaurants. We did not have a car but got around fine. We could have walked to the train station but decided to take Uber.

This hotel is perfectly located, a short distance from the old town! They just need to bring Brussels midi closer. I would stay here again

The room was clean but needed decoration. Bed was comfortable. Perhaps more coffee sachets. The walls are thin and fellow guests could be heard at nighttime which made it noisy. There was also the sound of a boiler which made it difficult to sleep at first.

Very good location, right near the main area. A lot of food options nearby. The room was very small. It was manageable for us as a couple, but it would be tight for larger groups.

Great hotel in a lively area. Staff allowed me to check in early and were very friendly. Space heater installed in the bathroom is great for after shower on those cold Brussels mornings.

Very well located. Not a lot of space in bedroom or bathroom but that's ok for a short stay. Breakfast was pretty good although I didn't try any of the hot dishes. The water cups are tiny which is the same in many hotels, so you have to keep refilling.
