"The staff were nice. They were short staffed. The pool and hot tubs were overcrowded or not working. Kids not being watched ,under age. Under age kids drinking and vaping at the pool and hot tubs."

"The room was very nice, clean upon arrival and seemed well maintained. Parking costs were high and an added expense that was hidden in the fine print. Food was below average and would compare to highschool cafeteria level quality but at theme park resort prices. Even the pancakes and pizza were pretty rough to get down. Room service was mid. I had a bunch of trash that I put in a shopping bag from souvenir shopping and I found a large trash bag left next to it upon entering the room. One day two of the three beds were made but not the third one. Towels were refilled but not other toiletries. Had to call for toilet paper and soap. The pool was nice but with no staff activities my kids found the resort to be overall boring."

"If you are booking primarily for location, this hotel is a winner. It is the closest non-Universal hotel to the parks with a dedicated walkway that runs parallel to Universal’s own path. It’s a leisurely 20-minute walk to CityWalk, which is much easier than dealing with shuttles. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is incredibly dated and doesn’t look much like the images you see online. The maid service however was very reliable, which we appreciated. We had clean towels delivered daily and our bed was made up every evening. Overall a good budget option!"

"Location: Good, very close to many attractions Staff: Even with more than one staff member present..only took one customer at a time..while the other 2 were looking at the computer screen and never looked up once or was on their phone. Breakfast: Chaos! Everything is poor quality…room temp at best. Waffle station always a mess! Cereal was never restocked during my stay. At least the coffee was good! Pool: Always had debris floating in it and looks like it needs a good cleaning!!! Garbage in the halls piled up everyday and you can hear every door slamming close! Would not stay here again."

"Coco is a pretty property and in a semi walkable area. The only complaint would be the food. The choices were limited so we ate elsewhere most of the time"

"Room was great we got the biggest room they had which I suggest not much more money every thing was close we also ate mushrooms which I don’t suggest cause we got lost just going across the street and couldn’t find the hotel for over a hour but we had a great trip lol and great stay "
