"The resort was very clean and receptive upon our arrival. We were checked in by Jade who was such a delight. She gave us an upgrade to a one bedroom suite."

"Room was quiet and clean, overall, the room itself was impressive for the reasonable rate that was charged. The only thing was our air conditioner was a little noisy and seemed like it was struggling to cool the room down a little. It was my mother's first ever vacation and she had the best time. The pool was clean and well kept. Plenty of staff on site to make it a memorable time, the resort itself really impressed us. I will be a return guest in the future. "

"The rooms not in the tower were not as nice as I expected for a double tree. Felt more like a motel inside our room. Mostly because it felt outdated and muggy inside. It’s not that it was dirty just worn out"

"The staff was no help what so ever with our concerns. The shower makes absolutely no sense. There is no door!!! The amount of water we had to clean up after taking a shower was ridiculous!"

"The room was immaculately clean. The furniture is newer with no stains or tears. The water pressure is good and the hot water doesn't run out. The bed was very comfortable and our room was quiet. We had a smaller room, so there was only one nightstand which I didn't like. The TV in the living room was off-center from the couch because of the kitchenette so that made watching it awkward. The balcony was screened in with a table and four chairs which was very nice. I was pleasantly surprised the bathroom had a deep jacuzzi tub. "
