"The breakfast was fresh and the ladies who were taking care of the breakfast were on point. "

"Other guests were not respectful. Could be noisy at nights. A/C and humidifier in room were loud. Good places close by."

"The breakfast was decent. The rooms were good and the front desk was attentive. The stay was great and minutes away from all the big attractions."

"Very convenient location to the convention center. Rooms are clean, and pool accessibility was good. It’s just a little too dark and dated for that 5th star."

"The toilet in our room was filthy (puke stain going down the side) when we checked in. I asked guest services for housekeeping to come to our room 6 times over 8 hours and nobody came. Finally I asked for a room change, and they gave us the room next door rather than have housekeeping come and clean the toilet, forcing us to pack up and move all our luggage for a two day stay."

"We got to our room and it didn’t have AC, no problem. They put us in another room and it was disgusting! I shoved a needle in my foot that was in the carpet, the mirror was so dirty and we didn’t have comforters. "

"The room itself was lovely, great facilities: an oven, hob, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge freezer, dishwasher etc. If you don’t have a car, the location isn’t great for walking to any restaurants or supermarkets, so a car is definitely needed. Check-in was ok, except communication regarding the shuttle to our building (we were in furtherest away building). No one came and we had to ask again for the shuttle. Check-in is quite late 4pm and checkout 10am. Not sure if I would stay again unless we had a car."
