"Great hotel!"

"The hotel is in the center of all the restaurants, cafe, shopping, sightseeing attractions! Busy enough to feel comfortable walking in the area at night too. The room was clean and good. Not a complaint at all but the check-in kiosk asks for payment ($150 in our case, even though we paid for the stay online) out of context which turned out to be a security deposit - I'd recommend the hotel to clearly state it on the screen to avoid the confusion. (We noticed everyone was using the in-person check-in at the counter rather than the kiosk...)"

"Beautiful room and hotel , very clean and comfortable. However the rudeness of the staff doesn’t make it worth it to me. When you work in customer service you’d expect that you’d get good service. Also doesn’t make sense that you have to come down to get your breakfast voucher in the morning when they could just give it to you when you check in. Barely a breakfast either I’d call it a snack bar with four options. Very disappointing"

"I was really disappointed with my stay. The water pressure was so weak that I couldn’t take a proper shower. The AC barely worked and the room stayed around 78°F no matter how low I set it. On top of that, the bed was uncomfortable and made a lot of noises."

"Nice rooms, great food options. Lots of free parking. Casino is great addition to this property. Hotel staff very friendly & efficient. We always stay after later flight arrivals at Pearson. Only 5 minute drive from airport."

"It is a beautiful hotel, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience extremely positive! My only disappointment was that our room did not come with a microwave. With a kitchenette as part of the suite, I assumed a microwave would be included! Otherwise, it was top-notch."

"Check in was quick but the young woman who checked me in wasn’t able to answer my question. I saw a large glass building across the street and asked her what it was, and she said a condo. I could see it wasn’t, and looked it up on google when I got to my room. It’s a conservatory, full of plants and a farmers market that is free to visitors. Staff should know local attractions in case people ask. Housekeeping staff was very polite every time we ran into them in the halls or elevator. The elevator is small, so a larger powered wheelchair might struggle to fit. The room was nice and clean and has been renovated in the last few years. The bed was super comfortable, and there was a mini fridge in the room. The hotel is within walking distance to lots of restaurants. The gym faces the street so there isn’t a lot of privacy unless you can bring down a blind. No pool. There is a free breakfast which was quite popular. Overall it impressed me with its cleanliness and modernity (lots of usb charge ports). We always check for bed bugs, can confirm, there are none! It also had floating end tables which also helps reduce space where dust and debris can build up. This is a great place to stay."
