What a wonderful place! This chateau has been lovingly restored back to its former glory by the current owners with modern elements and artwork incorporated. We had one of the largest rooms in the house and could only marvel at the details the owners had thought of in the restoration. The room was extremely comfortable lacking nothing. Excellent customer service, the staff is great, very personal and attentive

The owner provided outstanding service for us. We were unable to use our US credit cards at the gas station and he offered to drive with us to a station and use his card and we paid him for the gas. Don’t be put off by the fact that reception for check in closes at 9; the automated kiosk was very easy to use. The rooms and breakfast are basic but fine for an overnight stop.

Great if you’re cycling the Pyrenees.

When I arrived for checking, they had my magnetic card and name ready for me. It took 1 second. Very helpful, great breakfast and friendly multi-lingual staff. 7 minitues from Lourdes Sanctuary, walking.

Was a great hotel, quite new decoration with all comforts and very good located near the worship center of Virgin Lourdes.

We loved our stay. It was very close to the sanctuary of our Lady of Lourdes, close to the restaurants and had a beautiful balcony.

I was one night the room was clean and the Staff helpful.

Needs to go to the Hospital for an emergency I have conjunctivitis and I can't see the Hotel personnel immediately called ER and taxi to bring us to ER. Staff were very helpful, accomodating, Courteous and most of all very respectful .

Very nice lobby and very friendly. WiFi is not good. Good breakfast and good location. We highly recommend this place.

Hotel had nice upgrades to common space w/ indoor pool/spa and sauna. Breakfast area was nice, but we didn't have breakfast any of the mornings. Rooms are tiny, but apparently standard for France. Hotel is in a weird industrial area, but quiet. Eery at night, but seemingly safe and totally fine. Sleepy town.

I stayed at the Hotel Majestic in late Sept 2015. My review is delayed because I mistakenly thought that I had completed it (when, in fact, I hadn't). The hotel is centrally located, and it is ~5 min walking distance from the Shrine. Upon check-in, my family realized that we were going to be on the top-most floor. We were very happy with everything, the hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is excelent, very close to the center. We will come again!!
