We selected the Red Level again, and we loved the separate lounge area (and took advantage of it). This has become our go-to hotel when in Madrid! Oh, and we loved the bath tub. :)"

"The location, staff, and cleanliness were excellent. Our room was small but adequate. I would have liked a window with a little bit of a view but it was still fine as we didn’t spend much time in the room. Definitely good for the price and location. I did see larger rooms with windows/balconies. You can walk to most major sites and tons of restaurant options. I would recommend."
