"The hotel as well as the restaurant and bar are beautiful with high quality interior design. The service was friendly and smooth. The separately paid breakfast was not exceptionally unique, but the food selection was diverse and of high quality. Dinner at the restaurant - especially the pulpo dish - was definitely top notch! The location was very close to everywhere we wanted to go by foot in Friedrichshain, so we were really happy about it! "

Going by other reviews, there has recently been some renovation (which caused some disruption), but the end result is a thing to behold. Clearly a lot of thought and design expertise has gone into the renovation. The rooms are stunning -- as good as any top tier hotel I've visited recently. I was genuinely surprised by the quality."
