Incorrect marketing. What you see is not what you get. The four bed private room (two singles + bunk bed) we got was smaller and less convenient than the one shown in the pictures when we booked. - The room had no wardrobe (the pics showed wardrobe). - There were no space to enter the lower bunkbed from the side, had to make your way from the end side, which was a very uncomfortable and narrow way to enter (wasn't like this in the pics). The soap in the toilet was almost finished when we arrived, we run out of it during the stay. When we booked, the info said "cleaning every day", but there were none. One (1!) hanger for four persons. The steps used to enter the top bunk bed were very thin and uncomfortable, hurt the feet everytime when used. The bunk bed had not been made. Since you couldn't access it from the side, it was complicated to make it. The lobby was nice. There was a bar and a big tv-screen.

The room was in good condition and the matresses were nice. When you close the windows they block a lot of noise from outside. The staff was friendly and helpfull. The check-in was a bit confusing, and at night you could sometimes hear echo’s from people walking in the hallway, but overall I had a good night’s sleep. It was a bit sad that there weren’t a lot of lactose- and eggfree (or vegan) options at the café apart from drinks. They do serve a nice oatmilk cappuccino.
