Let’s start with the negative. The rooms are a little small with no closet. That’s it. Everything else was great!!!! The breakfast was awesome. Eggs and all. Typical German Breakfast with more. English/American with the eggs and sausage. Great juices and coffee. Perfect for the start of a great day. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. What else do you need? Would stay again if I were to ever return to Berlin. Location was fine as well.

Breakfast was good. The rooms need more attention from maintenance particularly the bathroom showers water going out of shower and annoying. Wish they had kept a kettle to warm water. Outside Breakfast hours even to get warm water reception told us to use the coffee machine 1.5 euros per cup. Location is very good no doubt.

Very small room, the mattress, pillow is not good at all. The sheets and the towels smell bad. The towels turned yellow because of how reused they looked like. The parking is very expensive and I recommend to park outside because it’s cheaper. It’s always full inside the parking house. Nice workers good breakfast with many alternatives to choose from.

Room was small but very clean, nothing bad to say about it. Good bed, quite flat pillows but you can ask for extra pillow from reception. Breakfast was very crowded! You need to queue to get coffee/juice/toast your bread. I think the room is just too small for the whole hotel. Otherwise basic options but enough: yogurt, fresh fruits, warm options and delicious bread rolls as one can expect in Germany.

My check-in experience wasn’t good. I must say it was the worst out all my travel in the Germany. I hope “Le” will get some training on welcoming guests as supposed checking-in homeless people from the street. I must say rest of the hotel staff is friendly and polite. Good value breakfast. You can checkout early and leave your bags in the front desk’s secure room. Hotel is conveniently located near access to all types of public transportation. Our room is quite small but we were there to shower and sleep only. We had good 4 nights in the hotel.
