It is a luxury hotel but had strange plumbing system hand shower could not be shut while faucet is on in bath tub and total lack of outlets to charge computers or phone in the room ( outdated outlets were there instead )!and they did not have hand towels which is also peculiar . The staff is super helpful friendly and courteous. The location is the best part .

Our stay at Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin was simply outstanding and exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, professionalism, and impeccable service. Every member of the staff made us feel valued and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The hotel is absolutely magnificent. The elegance of the building, the beautifully appointed rooms, the exceptional cleanliness, and the attention to every detail create a truly luxurious experience. The location, directly beside the Brandenburg Gate, could not be more perfect for exploring Berlin. What impressed us the most was the consistency of the service. Every interaction reflected the highest standards of hospitality. The staff anticipated our needs with kindness and efficiency, making us feel at home while enjoying world-class luxury. This was, without a doubt, one of the finest hotel experiences we have ever had. We highly recommend Hotel Adlon Kempinski to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Berlin. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable. We cannot wait to return.
