Every other hotel should take notes from Yurbban. I’m not sure I’m going out on much of a limb when I say that this is the best hotel I have had the pleasure of staying in. The attention to detail is just outstanding. Free spa access for guests (call the spa to make a reservation) with a swim spa, massage jets, steam room, sauna and beds was just what we needed after a long day of walking. It is one of the most beautiful properties I've stayed in. There were incredible spaces all around the hotel that were great for just chillaxing. Closed the rooftop pool 3 of the 4 nights - and there was good service and great food up there.
The check in desk is not physically on the property, it is a short distance away at the Hotel California. It seemed inconvenient at first, but it really was not any problem and we will certainly stay there again. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff very nice and helpful.
