8/10 Very good

The room was clean but not very large and the bathroom was a small space. It was nice to have the coffee shop on site and the hotel was in a great location.

Location is excellent— very central with a subway entrance on its doorstep. The room is small but adequate. It would be nice to have tea/coffee in the room or available somewhere other than breakfast.

Location was perfect, in the Gothic Quarter. We've been to Barcelona before and also stayed in the Gothic Quarter but definitely liked this hotel more for its location and convenience. The Metro is a few steps in front of the hotel although we didnt need to use the transit system as everything/everywhere was completely walkable for us in terms of dining and shopping. There is a fantastic bakery adjacent to the hotel and I would definitely recommend their yummy fruit jellies. We cannot say enough positive things about the hotel front desk staff, they were professional and friendly, and were very helpful with advice and suggestions. Our room was spacious having three balconies and a nice bathroom. Breakfast was a nice selection. We will definitely return to this hotel again next time.

We totally enjoyed our stay. The staff went above board in every contact. It was like they could not do enough. Your breakfasts were unbelievably well done. If ever we return your hotel will be our choice. Quiet, great location and clean. Just one thought. How about using wash clothes. My wife does not carry them from home.
