The location in the Gothic Quarter was great. It was easy to find. Our room was very clean and spacious with the beds being very comfortable. In addition, we could easily walk to many places. All three of us would happily stay there again if returning to Barcelona.

Location is excellent in the old Gothic section of the city. Distances and times were true to examples given in the hotel description. They provide you a very detailed paper map…totally necessary if you are not using your Google Maps constantly. There is also a reasonable and convenient little coffee bar at the front of the lobby. Only drawbacks are the size of the room and that its windows open to an atrium rather than the real outdoors.

The room i got without a window, so at first i feel a bit humid in the room, the USB charging is not working in the room, however the location is great, very close to metro. And its in old town area. Its very easy to walk around, however its not easy to get a taxi. You have to walk out of the ally to get it.

The staff on the front desk could not have been more helpful, a credit to the hotel. Also while the pool and the deck on the roof are small, they are INVALUABLE when you want to relax in the middle of the city. My room only had a window into the internal courtyard, but there was a walkway between the window and the open space, which meant people could walk by and see in, so had to keep the curtains mainly drawn. This is the only reason it's not a 5 star review, it's really a 4.8. Location is super convenient for much of the old town too.

I stayed here for the F1 race in Barcelona and the hotel was conveniently located to both the city sites and shops and near local transportation. It was quiet at night for being in the Gothic quarter, very clean, great air conditioning to come back to after very hot days, friendly staff and well priced. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
