The owners were just amazing. She even did our laundry for us. She was so sweet. The bathroom was clean with updated amenities and the home was clean, quiet, and a wonderful place to relax. Love how close the home is to the pub.

We had a pleasant stay! It was very hot when we arrived. The first room we were given did not have working air conditioning. However, we spoke with Josh at the front desk, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a room with working air conditioning. Josh is a valuable employee and deserves a raise in how well he goes above and beyond for the customers.

The character of the hotel was a wonderful experience and the staff, they were all fantastic! I simply can't comment enough on the staff; their willingness to make sure we had everything we needed, tips on what to see and do while in bath to just taking the time to talk, what a great adventure to a beautiful town and hotel. The food and tea were and absolute delight. The location of the hotel was an ideal location and within walking distance to all the great sites the town had to offer.
