This is a new hotel, in an excellent location for the bus and train station and all Bath's attractions. The decor is fresh and modern and the hotel is spotlessly clean, staff are helpful and friendly.

Absolutely amazing experience! Cannot recommend this hotel enough. From start to finish a great experience. The hotel looked beautiful, so clean. The staff were so extremely helpful, everyone on reception were so friendly. And an extra thank you to Eric who helped us out with hot chocolates to our room! Can’t fault them.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was really lovely. Mine was on the 3rd floor (top floor), so be mindful of the stairs. Bedding was luxurious. Toiletries smelt amazing! Staff were all very attentive too. Very lovely stay.

Lovely new hotel, right in the heart of Bath. Parking a little walk over river bridge from cricket club. Rooms extra comfy and well insulated with very fresh new linen. Bathroom spotless. Staff extra friendly and well priced bar with fab barman - highly recommended

Lovely hotel very convenient for central Bath, near the river for boat trips, room was amazing with view onto the park opposite, and you can see Bath Abbey. The girls on reception are very friendly and welcoming. Other than the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night, it was fine!

6/10 Buena

I stayed at this hotel after it was just opened and everything was brand new and shiny. When I booked in I requested a very quiet room saying that I was very light sleeper. The first night was just fine but I decided to stay another night and so had to move to a more expensive available room (room 314) as mine was booked. During the night I was rudely awoken at 1.30am by a screaming baby through in the paper thin partition wall adjoining our rooms. The parents just let the baby cry so by 2am I was becoming frantic and called reception. They said they couldn’t do anything but offered me a different room. How could I pack everything up and move room at that time of the morning? Sadly I couldn’t get back to sleep until 5.30am and my night was ruined. I wrote to the hotel and complained about my experience asking why had reception allocated a young family next to me knowing about my light sleeping (especially as they had empty rooms in that category)? I heard nothing back. It left me feeling that they didn’t care now that they had my money.

Wonderful stay! The place has been newly renovated, and we were lucky enough to be among the first few guests. The receptionists were lovely and very helpful. Highly recommended!

A beautiful Grade 1 listed building with all the modern amenities that you would expect. The bedroom was a good size, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent The hotel is situated within walking distance of all Bath has to offer, including the railway and bus stations We had an evening meal and breakfast, both of which were excellent The icing on the cake was the customer service which was OVER AND BEYOND expectations by every single member of the team. Thank you so much for making our stay so pleasant
