10/10 Exceptional

Lovely hotel, incredibly helpful & respectful staff & great location. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and good service. Service in the restaurant for an evening meal was very respectful & attentive however the atmosphere in there is staid - no ambient music, echoey because the wood floor in the conservatory, also menu limited & expensive. I wouldn’t eat in there again.

8/10 Very good

Breakfast was very slow unfortunately.. but very nice when it did arrive. I also thought our room would be in the main historic part of the building you see advertised on the website, but our room was within an add on annexe part of the hotel with an internal view?

The staff were very friendly and super helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Beds were very comfortable and towels were very plush. The bus stop at the bottom of the hill was also very convenient to get into the centre of Bath.
