"The valet service was worth the extra money as the parking in Ottawa on boxing day was not ideal. Simone met us in the hallway and promptly offered us a dog bed and treat package for our pup. The pool area was a tad cold and refreshing but it was built in 1908. The deluxe room was ideal and recommended for a family of four. Thanks for great stay ! "
