The best thing about the Alt hotel is there are never any surprises. The rooms are not huge, but they are very comfortable with amenities that are useful. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Their proximity to the airport is very useful. Also, especially for early morning flights.

The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in at a hotel, the property was spotless. The customer service was great and staff very helpful. The pedestrian bridge to the terminal was the most convenient and best part. It was just a beautiful property that is convenient to the Ottawa airport. Highly reccomend the stay!

We checked in after a tiring flight itinerary just wanting some rest but a large family group checking in at the same time thought it was appropriate to let their young children play loudly in the hallway outside our room. Since courtesy and consideration seem to be dying concepts in today's world, we asked reception to move us to a different room and they cheerfully obliged. Peace and quiet achieved.

Beautiful! Loved our stay here - the hotel is absolutely gorgeous and staff were excellent. One minor issue for those with cars or rental cars, the parking was an expensive issue. The barcode we were given didn’t work and had to pay sooo much for parking.
