The Chateau was sensational! The room was clean and the spa was excellent! Highly recommend staying here.

4/10 Fair

Horrible soundproofing, if that matters to you. I travel for work and have early mornings and virtual meetings so I care. Being put beside huge groups and loud families doesn’t work for me. A bit outdated in the rooms. The lobby, restaurants and spa are so nice and modern, i was surprised at the rooms. Microwave upon request which is nice. Water bottles were a nice touch and absolutely needed. Use the fountain downstairs or bottled water to drink.

10/10 Exceptional

This was a family stay for Canada Day. The hotel is very enjoyable, especially the convenience of the Spa next door. Great facility, and staff at the hotel and Spa were very professional. The Japanese restaurant is a very savoury addition to the property and the food was delicious. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return.
