"Room clean, big and bed comfortable furniture abit old but charming. Kitchen clean and you had all you need for making dinner. Good to have parking in the garage. Location in the centre and not far away from the gondola. Staff helpful on the phone. Excellent for one night stay."

"The hotel is beautifully situated and convenient. It does need some updating. The room had an odor, but was able to open window. I feel it could be an incredible boutique hotel, but felt more like a 3 star versus 4 or 5 star. The hotel staff were great."

"This was an amazing place to stay. Spectacular surroundings, historic lodge reminiscent of a US national park lodge, outstanding breakfast included. We didn't take the opportunity to have a sauna, but there is a beautiful one on site."
