The property was beautiful, well maintained and exceptionally clean. There were magnificent lake views everywhere you looked. The food was excellent and the staff was wonderful.
We had the most wonderful stay. The Hotel is exceptional with fine interior design and art along with all the luxurious amenities. We stayed in a room with the most beautiful view of the lake. I highly recommend getting a room with a view. Our Breakfast and dinners were delicious, our room was spotless and pristine, the spa was super relaxing and the staff were Top Notch. We had the best time and recommend this beautiful hotel to others to enjoy.
We loved the view, privacy, helpfulness of the staff when we had rental car issues and relaxing atmosphere at the Hotel Collinetta. The room was lovely and the air conditioning very much appreciated as it was quite warm for our stay. We ate at the restaurant several times during our 4 night stay and loved every meal. The breakfast was wonderful also. Collinetta was the highlight of our 2 week trip to Switzerland. We would definitely stay again.
Continental breakfast was very good. Parking was a problem but Anna gave us a great upgrade for our challenges. It's in a great area, two minutes walking from the Embarcadero that has the ferries to Isola Bella and Isola Bella. Grand classical hotel. Great staff, nice bar, outdoor restaurant, etc

We were graded when we arrived and all the amenities were explained the hostess walked us to us our room and showed us all the features of the room. The room was clean pretty and the air conditioner worked great. Breakfast was marvelous, and staff was very responsive.

This was both the least expensive and our favorite hotel of a two week trip. Quaint, clean, with a lovely lobby, lounge, and dining area. Rooms were of a nice size with absolutely no flaw that we could see. Franco and Michaela hosted us with grace and just the right amount of attention. We departed as fast friends. The Lugano Dante hotel is a great hotel, the location can't be beaten, steps from the funicular and right by the city center, we walked everywhere. To start , some of us can't leave without Ac , this property not only has one but one that works , ( those of you who travel through the old world understand). Service is exceptional, and property is not a resort size but big enough. Great for families and couples as well, available bikes for all ages, pool ( small but warm) gym, indoor pool, on site dining option , and again service excellent.
Short stroll down the ramp from the main buses and trains. Host brought us to door just down the block and showed us to our little apartment. Kitchen was fully equipped; even a dishwasher. Beautiful corner room with nice view down the alleys. Around the bend from our doorway was a cement patio with flowers to relax. The breakfast was great.
