A great place to stay being a short walk from the railway station located near the lake. Upper floor rooms especially floor 4 have very good lake views. Reception was very good and helped with lots of good advice to make my stay even better. Breakfast was very good with all the usual on offer. The dining area is spacious and there were always tables available regardless of arrival time. Room was large, well equipped, very comfortable and quiet. Bathroom with large walk-in shower was excellent. Happy to recommend and would use again if back in the area.

Hotel is perfectly positioned for the train and the lake. Staff were excellent, breakfast plentiful and the room was very comfortable. A USB port wouldn’t go amiss (first world problem, I know). Highly recommended.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Facing lake Maggiore. We had a very large room that had a sauna in the bathroom. We also had a large balcony and kitchen. It was a great space. The dining/bar patio was incredible. Sitting there and facing the lake enjoying some cocktails. They gave great food recommendations with discounts to nearby restaurants. Very walkable and right next to train station. They gave us a departure gift of two local beers. Loved it here.

Amazing stay, loved it, it was literally perfection with the expedition of so many people allowed with dogs at the restaurant it seemed a bit off and kinda off putting but other than that would stay again. And highly recommend.

Wonderful hotel. The staff were lovely, and the breakfast choice amazing. Everything about the room and balcony wash first class. The bed was a bit hard for my preference. The experience with the elevator to the parking garage was fun!
