Resorts and Hotels with Spas in Vietnam

An absolutely wonderful stay from start to finish! Everything about this hotel was top-notch — from the beautifully appointed rooms and excellent amenities to the fabulous breakfast and exceptional service. The staff were warm, attentive and genuinely went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We had to check out at 3AM as we had a very early flight to catch and they were very thoughtful and packed us a really nice breakfast. A special mention to Rose and Chris, who were absolutely...

This hotel is very conveniently located in the old town, about a 5 minute walk from the big night market. Many other sites of interest are within a few minutes walk. We very much enjoyed the breakfast, which had good variety for a hotel of this size. The service was outstanding. The manager greeted us each day with a smile, and was very solicitous. She helped us with some rides, and the hotel also offers day trip arrangements at a discount to other web sites. It is a bit noisy. There is a...

Courteous staff.....could've been better if the rooms were bigger.

The hotel is located in the old town next to all the attractions. The location is great, the hotel is very nice and clean. The breakfast is amazing and the rooftop bar is spectacular. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, Lan speaks good English and always ready to help, she scheduled a 3 days trip for us from A to Z, thank you Lan. I am highly recommend the hotel, the room is clean and comfortable, they are not big but give you everything you need. Shower are great.

The feeling of being in this apartment was like being held in a quiet embrace.

Cute, clean and service oriented! We enjoyed our stay here. Thank you to the staff for being so friendly and helpful.

Very neat and clean with amazing staff. Very centrally located and with a great breakfast selection that was included with the stay. Cant get enough of their hospitality.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Oriental Jade Hotel in Hanoi, and it was an unforgettable experience. This hotel is centrally located near the serene Hoan Kiem lake , within walking distance of vibrant shopping areas, including the charming Old Quarter, making it the ideal base for exploring the city. The hotel exudes a sense of safety and security, ensuring a peaceful stay from start to finish. My suite was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully maintained, offering both...

The staff was exceptional, all around!! The breakfast was amazing with a great variety and the location was PERFECT. Most of the restaurants and sights were in easy walking distance.

Excellent location. Warm and helpful staff. Lovely rooms. Fabulous breakfast. We would stay again.

This is the best hotel in Hanoi. Location is excellent. Our room was so quiet we did not hear any of the street noise. Everything was immaculately clean. The staff were so lovely, especially Daria at the front desk - so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was 10/10, so many options at the buffet plus an additional a la cart menu that was all included - eggs made to order, vegetarian bun cha, many Vietnamese options as well as western. Highly recommend!

Meritel Hanoi is a beautiful hotel, with top notch service. However, the air conditioning kept going out in our room though the staff was quick to get it up and running again every time it went out. We also experienced ants in our sink, but again the staff was very prompt in getting it fixed. The Meritel advertises that it has soundproofed rooms, but this is not the case. You will be able to hear the room next to you as well as the city outside (thought it is very quiet at night so as long as...

I read mostly good reviews and some mixed, In my opinion, the resort is very good. Nice property, rooms, and grounds. Staff were very good. Good Value!

The hotel staff are very accomodating. Rooms are clean and the breakfast menu has variety of choices.
