The staff were very nice and accommodating. It’s a small space but the system they use for their guests is quite good. Highly recommend.

Overall, we had a good stay at Lumi Hotel during our visit to Ho Chi Minh City. The property was nice, and the location was convenient for exploring the city, shopping, and dining. The only downsides were that our room didn’t have much of a window view, and there is a nightclub nearby that plays loud music until approximately 4 AM. If you’re a light sleeper, this is definitely something to consider. Despite those two things, we enjoyed our stay and had a good experience overall. I would recommend the hotel, especially for travelers who want to be close to the action in the city.
