"The staff were very nice and the cleaners were outstanding.
The problem was noise every night outside the room. And the trash and recycling bins were just under my window. It was extremely noisy every morning at 6am, and there was no privacy on the first floor if i opened the drapes. The driveway and sidewalk were on each side so everyone was looking in. I asked several times to change rooms and was told maybe, but it never happened even the fourth night. This is not the staff's fault, but it makes the stay there very tiring, and not relaxing."
"Beautifully designed hotel, cosy room and very friendly staff. The cafe downstairs was lovely and the drinks in the rooftop bar were excellent. The sauna was also a great addition! We would definitely return."
"This was clean and affordable. I just needed a place close to the airport to stay for an early morning flight out. It has a 24/7 shuttle to the airport, which was nice. There is really nothing in the area except blocks and blocks of apartment buildings but I did find a little grocery store to get some snacks to tide me through till morning, and I had a wonderful dinner in the Polish restaurant at the property. My only complaint is the doors. They are fire doors and slam so loud when you shut them and the person next to me must’ve gone in and out of their room four or five times letting the door slam and it was very startling every time it was like a loud bang."
"Amazing hotel . Rooms are little outdated but clean . View facing downtown is really nice specially if you are on high floor .
Breakfast is the best I ever had . Huge variety of meats cheese fruits vegetables.
Freshly squeezed juices and smoothies.
Also hotel stuff and security are very helpful and Accommodating.
Definitely will be staying here next time Im in Warsaw"
