8/10 Very good

On first turning up the hotel & room were lovely with our large room & styling. Unfortunatly a couple of bits came up that reduced things a bit. The view from our room was directly at the roof and was quite dark. The shower backed up and as at floor level poured straight over the whole bathroom causing my wife to cut the shower short & need to call the reception to deal with it. The staff were quick to deal with it & said this was normal & appologiesd, so we waited for this delaying the night out. This caused a few bits of clothing to get wet which we asked to be dried, with no appology from reception, just we will dry it as we know its our fault. We went to the pool & looked foward to the jaccuzi but it was pretty cool at the same tempreture as the pool & as the pool was so full water was all around the entrance & quite slippery. The steam room was very cool for a steam room. All in all an ok experience. We would return, but know what to expect next time. So just a warning. Personally I think the hotel should have offered an apology from the reception, not the maid & maintenance staff and asked if everything was ok & thrown in a free drink or breakfast as a good will gesture. Never mind, but it is a nice hotel.
