8/10 Very good

Room was clean and functional, albeit the bed side table was only big enought for a phone. Staff were friendly & helpful. Good selection at breakfast, but the restaurant was busy. Note the hotel is situated on a busy road/junction so can be noisy late at night (although the hotel leave ear buds by the beds)

Great hotel in a very convenient location, near Central Station and a very nice walkable neighbourhood with lots of cafés and restaurants. Rooms are simple but nice, and the breakfast is very good with lots of choices and very good coffee.

Nice hotel, good staff. Delicious breakfast

Rooms are compact, More of a business hotel than for tourists as located on a noisy junction not far from the railway station. Ear plugs are provided! The restaurant is adequate but the food could be hotter. Staff very helpful. They speak good English.

It was really awesome experience for me. It was my first trip to Poland, and was really nervous about the first impression. Room was clean, breakfast was perfect. I would recommend if somebody visits Warsaw sometime.

6/10 Good

The hotel is very close to Warsaw Central Station but it's very noisy as it's next to the main road. Ear plugs are provided by the hotel in my room that's on the 7th floor. Room is clean and bright. Breakfast is OK with limited choices.

I had a very enjoyable stay and my experience remained positive throughout. The check-in process was smooth, and although I arrived early, the staff were happy to store my luggage until my room was ready. The reception team were welcoming, friendly, and professional, and they quickly provided an iron and ironing board when requested. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a fantastic view over the Warsaw skyline. The Wi-Fi was reliable and worked well throughout my stay. What stood out most was the excellent customer service. The reception staff were always helpful, and on the day of departure they kindly assisted me in booking a taxi to the airport, making my journey home much easier. Overall, great staff, a clean room, good facilities, and excellent service. I would happily stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Warsaw.

8/10 Very good

Nice hotel at the intersection of two very busy streets, but a convenient location to the train station, restaurants, and a nice walk to the old town. Just a bit noisy if you open a window. Breakfast is excellent!

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I like the idea of providing filtered water for the guests, very good for the environment as well as providing unlimited water. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
