The room was beautifully appointed, impeccably clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Everything you need for a lovely stay is there including coffee for the morning and a small fridge for the amazing desserts in town. Will definitely stay again, highly recommend!!

Staying here is like coming home to family. Staff are attentive, professional and friendly, and provide great recommendations for dining and other activities. The rooms are super clean and comfortable, with the fluffiest towels I have ever had in a hotel! Looking forward to my 4th stay there soon. Thank you, you terrific staff members!

Really good in general, free airport shuttle, they helped me with money exchange, printing documents, luggage storage. Breakfast is excellent!

This is a great hotel located in an old industrial building that has been beautifully renovated. It's modern, with fantastic design, many great amenities, very helpful staff and located next door to a big shopping mall with numerous restaurants, modern art museum, movie theater and other entertainment options.

Perfect location and very clean, professional and courteous and helpful. I have 2 complaints- 1- we were not told upon arrival that unless we purchased breakfast for every morning we were there we would not get the better rate. We booked it for the first morning to give it a try and once we tasted it and decided to purchase for the next 2 mornings it was a higher rate and they were not flexible so we did not purchase. Aries hotel is a Hidden Gem in Zakopane!
