Our short stay at Casa Ela was absolutely lovely for our family of 3 before hiking Acatenango. Wonderful hosts. Comfortable, clean, and very well organized guest house. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Casa Serena as a family while looking for a house to rent. Our family has traveled all over the world and having a 3 year old son. There is not another hotel that is even close in terms of being a safe/fun place for kids. Apart from that we have a 94 pound golden retriever. I tried close to 100 hotels none of them would accept a dog over 20 lbs..even resorted to trying pet hotels which would have separated her from her for a week or so breaking all of our hearts. They too would not...

The property is beautiful. Well maintained and the common areas (restaurant, pool, bar, gym) are large, well appointed and comfortable. Our rroom and bathroom were incredibly clean. The best part, though, was the staff at the front desk - in particular, Emanuel. He was incredibly helpful - helping us change to a quieter room, arranging for shuttles, meals to go, and gave good advice on where to eat. This property was beautiful and an amazing combination of historical preservation with modern, luxury amenities. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Hotel grounds are beautiful and bigger than I expected. Room, bathroom, and patio area were big in size. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The margaritas there were very tasty. They actually gave us complimentary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries on our last night there! The hotel is within walking distance of all the major landmarks and restaurants in town. The views on the roof of the hotel is amazing (two volcanoes and the other surrounding mountains can be seen from there)....

First you have to check in, in Hotel Santo Domingo, you can park in their parking at no cost, but you should give them your parking ticket while cheking in Then you can take their shuttle to tenedor del cerro or take your car to tenedor del cerro parking, they are going to be waiting for you in a golf cart to take you to your Camp site They told me that is the same rate if you stay in a camp for 2 or 4 We stay in an old road house restaurated to be a 5 star camping, a lot pf privacy, jacuzzi...

This was such a nice little place and had everything I needed. It’s in a good quiet spot and easy access to central areas. The only draw back was no AC which was hard after long day of hiking or walking. I would recommend this place highly to anyone going to Antigua solo or a group of solos

Had a wonderful stay. Very cleqn and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and kind. Uber and taxi makes it reachable to all attractions.
