"Everything was fine until I found a roach in my room and my guest room room number #1121 and room #118 Other wise it will be and excellent review. But I will like to thank the staff for their service and their service."

"This hotel was breathtaking. Very well maintained. The pool was amazing. The staff was great. The only issue I had was that with all the plants comes bugs. I didn’t realize until our last day all the little black ants in our bed. My daughter had bug bites all over her arm. I did not bring this up with the staff because I figured it comes with the territory and we were only there 2 nights. Another thing is no air conditioning. This is on their website so it was not a surprise and although the nights were cool just not cold enough for me. Again this is not the hotels fault. I would still recommend this place to others."
