Beautiful property with a nice spa. The room was very quiet and the bed comfortable. Overall, I had a great stay. For Improvements, I would recommend to switch form bottled waters in the room and spa to filtered water with glasses to save on plastic. Lastly, the breakfast was nice but I didn’t feel like it was worth nearly 30 euros.

This may be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. First of all, I love history and so you are staying where King Charles II had his castle. Secondly, the breakfast was amazing. Third, the rooms had beautiful chandeliers with high ceilings. And finally the wellness area had a lovely sauna room. The hotel was so close to all the picturesque spots. We will be back!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were very attentive and friendly. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend the Fleur de Ville hotel!

Very nice hotel next to the Central train station. The room we had was large, good air conditioning and was very clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was within about 10-12 min to the Grand Place and to the vibrant nightlife.

We stayed one night and wish we had stayed longer. Located in the middle of the city center, with everything a short walk away. The hotel itself has very nice rooms and amenities, along with the wonderful cocktail bar. A memorable property and somewhere we hope to stay again.

Very confortable but to carry my bags to my room was awful . Stairs to get to the lobby and the elevator and stairs again from the elevator to my room NO HELP AT ALL We are seniors and could not carry around , should think of this .

A beautiful historic property in the perfect location. Our room was large, modern, comfortable and has excellent amenities. The location in Bruges is perfect. We easily walked everywhere. Absolutely loved this hotel and would stay here again.

THIS is a superb choice. We felt safe and oriented because it is near multiple forms of transportation. The hotel is very clean, the hotel staff are attentive, helpful and friendly. The breakfast would be reason enough alone to stay here: the choices are first class and inmaculately presented. The breakfast staff are polite and efficient. I do not know if you can do any better than Thon Hotel EU. The day we arrived we were greeted by the Hotel Manager and he was extremely kind and helpful....

Exceptional stay in the Family Rooms, plenty of space, comfortable beds, fantastic breakfast. Breakfast is not included if you book on a third-party site, it is well worth purchasing it! So many delicious options. The dinners are a bit pricey, but the food is extraordinary. Try the Bar-B- Que ribs and the Tenderloins. Fantastic! Easy trip to downtown Bruges.

Stayed overnight with my family. Staff was extremely nice. Breakfast was amazing! Walking distance to quite a few Brussel attractions. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

This is a beautiful hotel and the room is very spacious. The shower room and the toilet are in 2 separate rooms so it is very convenient for the family. The room is spacious and decorated very well. There is house keeping service daily if you put the sign out on the door knob. There is a water refilling station near the Gym so you can get free and unlimited filtered water. Very nice people. The historical building makes me feel very relaxed. Located in front of Brussels Center Station. All sightseeing spots are within walking distance. I love it!
