The staff were very helpful and friendly and looked after us really well. It’s a lovely, clean hotel with adjustable aircon in the rooms, a small convenience store in reception and lovely bar and restaurant where we ate one evening. Everything was just perfect.

The location is great. Really like the idea of the water on site to save the planet and always have access to clean water via glass bottles.

10/10 Exceptional

We stayed 4 nights in here and hotel is very clean, its close to stores and many places. Its about 15 to 20 minutes walk to central station and north station and Grand Place. You can also take Metro or tram nearby. We didn't interact much with the staff, but they were friendly enough. We didn't eat breakfast since we are vegetarians not sure was it worth paying 30 plus dollars so we ate out everyday, there are many options to eat nearby with short walk. Overall it is good stay. Hotel surroundings are good.

Staff are amazing here, very friendly accommodating. We were able to check in early and the free cookie is a nice touch, appreciated by the kids. I like the concept of refilling the water bottles in the room from a centralised water station. Even having an onsite snack shop is convenient, however its slightly costly considering the access to nearby shops.
