We stayed 4 nights in here and hotel is very clean, its close to stores and many places. Its about 15 to 20 minutes walk to central station and north station and Grand Place. You can also take Metro or tram nearby. We didn't interact much with the staff, but they were friendly enough. We didn't eat breakfast since we are vegetarians not sure was it worth paying 30 plus dollars so we ate out everyday, there are many options to eat nearby with short walk. Overall it is good stay. Hotel surroundings are good.
