Stayed for 3 nights and 4 days before travelling to the south coast and I honestly wish I could have stayed at Shangri-La for an extra night. The service was impeccable. The hotel is very clean and modern. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay and even the room service menu did not disappoint. The hotel is attached to Galle Face Mall making for convenient and easy access to shopping, restaurants and things to do. The hotel is both lively and yet intimate. Its a 10/10. The staff makes it 100/10."
