Stayed here for 2 night and it was absolutely delightful! The staff was very hospitable, the amenities were great, location of the hotel relative to the touristy attractions was fantastic, breakfast was on point and a vast variety, room was decent sized and clean too. Gave us nothing to complain about. 10/10 and would highly recommend.

The staff here really goes the extra mile. I had a package the week before I arrived and they had it on hand still for me. My room had a slight musty smell but I think that's common in extremely humid places. The AC worked well, good water pressure and shower. The bed was big and clean. I loved the Nescafé packets and creamer in the rooms. The coolest thing was this water dispenser in the room-- you could get hot or cold water right from it. They also were very generous with the bottles of water-- I had five in my room. There is security when you come into the complex. The hotel is about a 10 min walk to an oceanfront park and shopping mall. There is a spa and gym next door with modern facilities which I used. It seems ideal for families given the two pools and the large number of dining facilities on site. Breakfast was extra lavish-- there was everything!! A good range of start times too from 630-1030. The hotel is not on the beach. It seemed close to a lot of attractions and I was safe walking in neighborhood at night. There is a small shopping center with coffee shop and nail place next door. Quiet.

8/10 Very good

Busy hotel with many events and options. Rooms are small but clean. Shower has “pin you to the wall” pressure and that often floods bathroom. We’ve had several stays in different rooms and floors- all same shower experience . Room staff is kind and efficient. Restaurants are good but breakfast gets repetitive. Front desk and lobby staff are welcoming and caring. Prime location to get about Colombo and convenient to mall and beach. Nicely maintained and ambiance is real.
